Don’t let the cold deter you from riding your bike. Reno Bike Project hosts a Winter Riding Workshop on Thursday, Dec. 2. Local cyclist Dan Ruby will cover winter riding skills, dressing for the cold, homemade fenders, maintenance and studding tires.
