Art pick of the week

The mixed media ceramic works of Reno artist Edward C. Shepard are featured in Works of Clay at the College Gallery at Western Nevada Community College in Carson City. Shepard has taught ceramics at Hug High School since 1978. A reception will be held at 5 p.m. Feb. 15, and the exhibit closes Feb. 28. Call 445-3238 for more information.
