Sit the bench

The latest art bench, installed on the corner of Third and Main streets this week, was donated to the city of Chico as a memorial for the victims of the famous Lemm Ranch murders of 1877, as well as for Andrea Spessard, the victim of a drunk driving accident in 2004. The bench was created by local artist Christen Derr.
