New leadership for Enloe Foundation

Jolene Francis to assume new role in December

The Enloe Foundation of Enloe Medical Center has announced that Jolene Francis, currently the president and CEO of the Chico Chamber of Commerce, will become the foundation’s director of advancement on Dec. 5. The Enloe Foundation has managed donations for the hospital since 1986.

During her two-year tenure at the local Chamber (which will come to a close Dec. 2), Francis introduced the Young Professionals Organization and created a weekend visitor center, among other business-friendly accomplishments. Her résumé also includes various positions at a number of banks, including Bank of America, and a stint as a business consultant, where she was integral in the creation of Golden Valley Bank.

Francis’ new position with the Enloe Foundation was recently created by the consolidation of several departments at the hospital.
