Mural’s homecoming

Artist John Pugh, who got his start at Chico State and whose first full mural graced the wall of Trinity Hall before it was torn down, returned to his alma mater this week. Pugh, known for his trompe l’œil, or trick of the eye, technique, reproduced Academe in his studio and is seen here placing it on the wall of Taylor II on Tuesday (Oct. 27).
