Feather River Hospital’s new CEO

Welcome, Kevin Erich

Feather River Hospital in Paradise has announced its new president and CEO.

Kevin Erich, 53, has been with Adventist Health for nearly two decades. He spent the last 14 years as president and CEO of Frank R. Howard Memorial Hospital in Mendocino County. Erich (pictured) is filling the spot being vacated by Wayne Ferch, who takes up his new post as president and CEO of Central Valley Network in Fresno County next month.

Erich, a father of three, has a background in Adventist education and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pacific Union College and a master’s in health-care administration from Andrews University. From 1992 to 1997, he was president/CEO of Pioneer Memorial Hospital, a small acute-care facility in northern Oregon. Before joining Adventist Health, he worked with Adventist Living Centers as a nursing-home administrator, and also had stints as a bookkeeper and algebra teacher in Illinois.

He will officially assume his new position May 16.
